Leasing
When you lease the Kia K5, you’ll take temporary control over the vehicle for a period that typically lasts between two and four years. You will need to abide by some of the contract stipulations, such as the number of miles that the car can be driven every year and how often you need to get it maintained. This deal provides you with a lower monthly payment, and it does not result in you becoming the owner. That means you’re free to pursue a factory-fresh version of the vehicle when the agreement comes to an end. Additionally, you may also completely end the agreement and use public transportation to travel to Dillon Park in the future, or even pay off the remainder of the sedan’s cost and become the owner if you’ve gotten attached to it.
Performance
The vehicle’s sleek frame contains one of two powertrains, the first being a standard 2.5L 4-cylinder engine with the capacity to make 191 horsepower and 181 lb.-ft. of torque. The 2026 Kia K5 also has access to an available turbocharged 2.5L 4-cylinder unit, and it can roar down Route 20 with 290 horsepower and 311 lb.-ft. of torque moving it forward. This car comes with a standard FWD setup that provides an EPA-estimated 26/37/30 MPG city/hwy/combined1 fuel efficiency rating that will cut down on your costs at the gas pump. If you’re thinking ahead to the winter months and the challenges they pose, you can always get the available AWD2 drivetrain and put it to good use when the weather makes for tough conditions on your commute.
Interior
A variety of available color configurations are ready to choose from, including the standard Black cloth, available Red SynTex, and the sporty Black SynTex with Neon Green Stitching, among others. The standard sound-absorbing glass on the windshield pairs well with the available front door windows with noise reduction features to turn the cabin into a private oasis. At the same time, the available heated3 and ventilated front seats add better temperature control and refinement to the model. With room for five people, this spacious midsize SUV provides 46.1 inches of legroom in the front row and 35.2 inches in the back, accommodating adults in every seat.
