“ This time around I wasn’t quite happy with the service as before, albeit the work was done. Two weeks ago I came in the shop to schedule oil change and George gave me the date. When I showed up on my schedule he told me I wasn’t in the system and couldn’t put me in for that date. Then the sup said he could put me in line but couldn’t guarantee that he’ll get it done on the same day. I walked out beyond frustrated but then later they called me back to tell me that the service was completed and I could drive the car away. Also George didn’t confirm nor deny that they don’t have a way for me to verify that I am actually scheduled for a service and I have to take their word for that every time. ”
